1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the carrier’s service.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €75 delivered within the European Union. The free shipping threshold is calculated on the order subtotal after any discounts, before shipping.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for orders under €75 are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

6. Customs & Duties (EU)

As we ship from within the European Union, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees for deliveries to EU Member States. All prices on our website include VAT.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at order@moodstories.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of receipt (for damaged packages).

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of any damage (if applicable).

We will investigate the matter with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment or full refund as appropriate.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping costs may apply).
